Lake Water Cocktail
1.5 ounce of gin
.75 oz Crème de Violette
2 dashes of peach bitters
6 oz of fresh squeezed lemonade
Stir, serve over ice and garnish with fresh lavender and tell everyone you’re drinking Lake Water

grapefruit-thyme syrup:
2 cups fresh squeezed red grapefruit juice (about 2 grapefruits)
¼ cup sugara small bunch of thyme

for the cocktail:
2 oz gin (botanical preferred, but any will do)
1 oz grapefruit-thyme syrup
.5 oz Farigoule liqueur
quarter of lime
tonic (Fevertree Mediterranean preferred)
